Their father sedcued their mother and persuaded the witch to become evil after Adriana was born. That was when their mother discovered that her husband was a powerful upper level demon. So, not wanting to lose her children, She agreed to join the underworld. As Cole entered his mid teens, turning 15, their parents were vanquished by members of the Halliwell Line. Cole raised Adriana to the best of his ability and when she learned to control her powers, she came to find out how quickly she could get what she wanted by making men want her. Both Belthazar and Thalia became known names in the underwrold as they constantly had to prove themselves since they were only half demon and not pure blooded. After a few hundred years, Belthazar went after the Halliwells through Phoebe and fell in love. Adriana was shocked at her brother's betrayl, but couldn't bring herself to kill him for being a traitor. She loved him. Their human halfs gave hemthe capacity to feel emotion, but h refused to be weak like Cole and fall for a witch. She rose to become the Source's second, making her pretty much the princess of the underworld. She knows that she is too valuable to dispose of, but she will usually do his bidding with no questions asked as they have a very good relationship. Cupids fear Thalia as she can easily undo a destined love. She also has the ability to make her lips venomous. This venom has been known to kill a person or merely leave them with no memory. She can control the degree of poison. Being the second in command of the underworld, she is typically sent on extremely important assignments that the source rufuses to trust anyone else with.
